About Skinakin – Designed for Children with Sensitive Skin

Skinakin was created after years of living through the daily reality of caring for a child with eczema. Days revolve around creams, wraps, and trying to stop constant scratching. You search endlessly for triggers. You try product after product, some do nothing, some make things worse.

Over time, you realise that even everyday things, including clothing, can cause irritation. After a while, this becomes your normal.

For us, it reached a breaking point. Waking night after night to find sore skin, blood on sheets, and a child in tears. Money spent on products that promised a lot but delivered very little. We weren’t looking for a miracle, just clothing that felt comfortable, reduced irritation, and helped our child rest more peacefully.

That’s where Skinakin began.

Getting it Right

I knew that if I could create clothing that felt secure, gentle, and comfortable against my child’s skin, it could help make everyday routines feel calmer. That idea became the starting point for Skinakin.

Getting it right has taken years of development, testing, and listening to parents and children living with sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Every design detail, from seams and labels to fabric choice and fit, has been refined again and again.

Along the way, I’ve worked with dermatology specialists, textile experts, and parents like you, to ensure each garment is thoughtfully designed for comfort and everyday wear.

Each piece is made from soft, breathable, hypoallergenic materials, without dyes or harsh substances. It’s been a careful process, driven by a desire to create clothing parents can trust, without overpromises or shortcuts.

Our Mission 

Skinakin was born from the frustration of sleepless nights and constant worry, but it has grown into something bigger.  Today, Skinakin offers a range of thoughtfully designed eczema clothing for children, created to support comfort in everyday routines.

Our range includes eczema day suits and eczema sleep suits, designed for daytime wear and overnight routines.

Our mission is simple: to create comfortable, practical clothing that supports children with sensitive or eczema-prone skin, and helps families feel more at ease in their daily routines.
