Refund policy
30-Day No Questions Returns
As parents of children with eczema ourselves, we know how frustrating it is to buy a product for our children, that doesn't live up to expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, no questions asked.
If you wish to cancel, exchange, or return your order for any reason, you must let us know within 30-days (beginning on the day you receive your goods).
To start a return, please contact us at info@skinakinclothing.co.uk. We’ll send you a send you instructions on the next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we sucessfully process your return, we will also reimburse you for your postage costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns outside of the 30-days return period.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once it is in progress, and you have received notification on the next steps, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund is actioned. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
